How we find the cause.
We follow the water. That means the collection points, the pipe route and the discharge point, because a blockage, a broken connection, a poor fall and simply not enough capacity all produce the same puddle. Knowing where your stormwater is meant to discharge is the first thing to establish, and on many Ipswich blocks it is not obvious.
