How we find the cause.
We identify the unit type and work the symptoms back to a cause. Electric storage, gas storage, continuous flow, solar and heat pump all fail differently and are diagnosed differently. Some faults are repairable parts, some are a failed tank, and the difference is worth knowing before anyone quotes you a replacement.
Replacing a system is more than matching the tank size. Household demand, energy source, the space it sits in and the existing connections all decide what suits.
