How we find the cause.
We identify the unit type and work the symptoms back to a cause. Electric storage, gas storage, continuous flow, solar and heat pump all fail differently and are diagnosed differently. Some faults are repairable parts, some are a failed tank, and the difference is worth knowing before anyone quotes you a replacement.
Replacing a system is more than matching the tank size. Household demand, energy source, the space it sits in and the existing connections all decide what suits. A tank that is leaking from the cylinder itself is finished, and no repair changes that. A tank with a failed element is usually not. We will tell you which one you are looking at.
