Finding the cause.
The plumber follows the roof water from gutter to downpipe to the underground stormwater line. Debris, damaged sections, failed joints and restrictions further down all put water where it shouldn’t be, and each needs different work.
Roof access, height and roof condition decide how an inspection can be done safely, and work at height needs proper arrangements. Where the downpipe joins underground stormwater, the fault may be entirely below ground. A camera down the line answers that faster than another look at the gutter.
