Brookwater: what
actually goes wrong.
Brookwater is built around a championship golf course, with larger architect-designed homes on generous, landscaped lots. Many properties have pools, extensive irrigation and multiple bathrooms, which means more plumbing to look after and a bigger impact when something goes wrong.
Most homes in Brookwater are recent builds with PVC drainage and modern water services, so pipe age is rarely the culprit. What we see instead is new-home trouble: builder's debris left in the line, braided flexi-hoses letting go under basins, stormwater redirected by landscaping, and first-generation hot water systems starting to fail.
