Pine Mountain: what
actually goes wrong.
Pine Mountain is a rural-residential area north of Brassall and the Warrego Highway, with acreage properties, hobby farms and a small school community. Homes here are typically on tank water and septic or treatment systems, and distances between fixtures, tanks and pumps make fault-finding a different exercise from a suburban block.
Properties in Pine Mountain sit on larger blocks, usually with rainwater tanks and an on-site wastewater system rather than a sewer connection. That changes the whole exercise: long pipe runs, pumps and treatment systems mean a blockage or a leak can be almost anywhere, and guessing gets expensive fast.
