What’s different
in Pine Mountain.
Rural Pine Mountain properties handle roof water through tanks and overflows, with surface drains and swales taking the rest. A tank overflow discharging in the wrong place, a blocked ag-line behind a retaining wall or an eroded swale will all put water where you do not want it. None of them is a pipe problem.
